The Twenty-eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) was held on July 12, 2025 at Board Room (Level-1), InterContinental Hotel, 1 Minto Road, Dhaka. Md. Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Chairman, IDCOL and Secretary, Economic Relations Division (ERD) presided over the meeting. During FY 2024, Company’s profit before tax and provision was Tk. 753.02 crore. The AGM declared the dividends for a total amount of Tk. 100 crores from the profit made by the Company during FY 2024. The dividends are as follows:
- An amount of Tk. 50 crore to be paid to the Government as cash dividend; and
- An amount of Tk. 50 crore be used for increasing the Company’s paid-up capital to Tk. 938 crore from the existing Tk. 888 crore by way of issuing bonus shares.
