The twenty-third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) was held on 2 September 2020 via virtual platform. Ms. Fatima Yasmin, Chairman, IDCOL and Secretary, Economic Relations Division presided over the meeting. During the FY 2019 Company’s profit before tax and provision was Tk. 401.27 crore. The AGM declared the dividends for a total amount of Tk. 130 crore from the profit made by the Company during FY 2019. The dividends are as follows:
1) An amount of Tk. 65 crore to be paid to the Government as cash dividend; and
2) An amount of Tk. 65 crore be used for increasing the Company’s paid-up capital to Tk. 715 crore from the existing Tk. 650 crore by way of issuing bonus shares;
