Energypac Power Generation PLC has unveiled a new strategic roadmap, “River Wave,” based on a Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) model, aimed at strengthening the company’s financial position, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting sustainable long-term growth.
The strategy was presented during an executive meeting with key financial partners and banking institutions at the Gulshan Club in Dhaka, where the company outlined its long-term business vision and financial realignment plan.
Built around the theme “Growth for Goodness,” the roadmap focuses on improving production efficiency, expanding market presence and reinforcing Energypac’s position as one of Bangladesh’s leading power and engineering conglomerates.
During the meeting, Chairman Engineer Rabiul Alam and Managing Director & CEO Humayun Rashid highlighted the company’s future growth priorities, including expansion into Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs), electric buses, bulk and bottled LPG, power transformers for domestic and export markets, substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other industrial infrastructure solutions.
Presenting the financial strategy, Chief Financial Officer Md. Aminur Rahman Khan said the “River Wave” initiative is designed to create a stronger financial foundation through revenue-based growth, disciplined cost management and data-driven operational improvements based on Six Sigma principles.
The strategy seeks to maximize plant utilization, optimize working capital, streamline non-core assets, reduce liabilities and restore healthy operational cash flows.
“Our ‘River Wave’ strategy provides a clear Revenue-Based Financing model that will help streamline liabilities, optimize working capital and strengthen cash flows. By maintaining operational discipline and working closely with our financial partners, we are confident of building a resilient balance sheet and delivering sustainable profitability,” Khan said.
Energypac said the new roadmap reflects its commitment to innovation, financial sustainability and supporting Bangladesh’s industrial and economic transformation through advanced engineering and energy solutions.
