Dhaka, Oct 13, 2020 (PR) - Dhaka The Government of Bangladesh has given utmost priority to energy & water conservation & medical waste management. Water conservation also helps in energy conservation.
Seven batches of training each consisting of 40 Participants has been arranged under Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives against “Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project” and are technically supported by Institute of Professional Training & Management (IPTM).
The first batch of Training started from 06 October 2020 and second batch from 10 October 2020. It will continue till November 2020.
Each training is a 3-day intensive in person training for better understanding of best practices. The Participants mostly belong to various City Corporations including Councilors and other Stake Holders all over Bangladesh.
Shah Zulfiqar Haider, PEng, CEA, MBA who was Director (Energy Efficiency & Conservation) in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Development Authority (SREDA), Garrison Engineer (Army) and General Manager under BREB and now Chief Consultant & Adviser in EMI (Engineering & Management Integration) Consultant is giving training on Energy Conservation, It covered various day to day aspects of various forms of Energy Conservation as practiced in Bangladesh and globally.
These trainings will help Bangladesh to further conserve energy, water and have effective medical waste management.
