Dhaka, Jan 28, 2020 (BSS) – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Petrobangla and PJSC Gazprom on strategic cooperation on Bhola Island Fields Development at Petrobangla’s Board Room at Kawranbazar.
At the function, another MoU was also inked between BAPEX and Gazprom EP International B.V. to this end.
Another Mou Singed between Petrobangla and PJSC Gazprom on strategic cooperation on energy sector development. Secretary of Petrobangla Sayed Ashfaquzzaman and Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, PJSC Gazprom Vitaly MARKELOV signed the MoU.
Prime Minister’s Energy Adviser Dr. Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury, Energy Secretary Anisur Rahman, Chairman of Petrobangla A B M Abdul Fattah, Ambassador of the Russian Federation A I Ignatov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom, Russia, Vitaly MARKELOV, Delegates from Gazprom, senior officials from Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Petrobangla and BAPEX were present at the signing ceremony.
