The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL) has approved a two percent cash dividend per share for the fiscal year 2024-25, officials said. Report BSS
The TGTDCL also held its 5th Special General Meeting on a digital platform, a Titas press release issued here today said.
Board Chairman and Secretary to the Chief Adviser’s Office Md Saifullah Panna presided over the meeting, while members of the company’s board of directors, senior officials of Petrobangla and Titas, and shareholders attended.
