The Country Representative of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Yuji Ando met Major General Nazrul Islam, executive chairman of BEPZA, at the latter’s office recently.
They discussed different issues related to Japanese investment in the Export Processing Zones (EPZs), said a press release here.
Nazrul Islam assured them of all kinds of supports to the Japanese enterprises in the EPZs for their smooth operations.
BEPZA executive chairman sought cooperation of JETRO to attract more Japanese investment in the EPZs as well as in BEPZA Economic Zone, Mirsarai.
He also urged the Japanese Enterprises to invest in BEPZA Economic zone during this time.
