DHAKA, Dec 24, 2019 (BSS) – Engineer Sayeed Ahmed joined as the new Chairman of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) today.
Engineer Sayeed, who replaced former BPDB Chairman Engineer Khaled Mahmud, joined as its 35th chairman, according to a BPDB release here today. Before joining to the post, he was a member of the PDB.
Sayeed Ahmed was born in Rangpur district on February 1 in 1961.
After obtaining BSC engineering degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1982, he joined in PDB as Assistant Engineer on January 10 in 1984.
