Job Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise and manage the Electrical maintenance team for the successful implementation of the project and after completion of project, lead the whole Electrical maintenance team

Co-ordination with Site, EPC Contractor, Owner' Engineer for resolution of design and engineering interfaces, ensure timely works execution and as per required quality and standards

Study and review of Engineering documents and drawings of Electrical Packages and equipment of the Power Plant comprising but not limited to BTG, BOP, CHP, AHP, HT/LT Switchgear, Cabling, Switchyard, Motors, Generators, Transformers, DG Sets, Illumination, Protection systems, Load Studies, System Studies and any others as required

Conversant with major international design and engineering codes and standards, SLDs, P&IDs, Logic Diagrams, conversant with local statutory norms & requirements and EHS requirements

Prepare technical scope of works, specifications, request for proposal, assist in preparation of techno-commercial analysis and study of contract documents

Review and evaluate Quality procedures, test procedures, start-up procedures, commissioning and trouble-shooting procedures submitted by EPC for compliance with International & Local standards / guidelines

Assist in the development of project completion schedules and manpower requirements

Supervise EPC's work, Involve in commissioning and COD activities

Reporting regularly to management with construction work progress and details analysis

Finding defecting points comparing to design and negotiate with EPC team.

Any Other task assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
-
B.Sc. or Higher degree in Electrical Engineering from a public / reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :

Age 35 to 45 years
-
Minimum 7 years' experience in HFO based power plants
-
Experience in HFO power plants including erection, commissioning experience will get preference
-
Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference
-
The applicants should have experience in practicing standard Health, Safety and Environment policy and should come from Electrical Maintenance background, at least as Senior Engineer/Supervisor
