Dhaka, June 14, 2021 (BSS) – Consumers of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company will experience low pressure in gas supply from June 14-16 as inclement weather has been interrupting unloading of LNG from ships.
“Consumers of different groups including households, industries, power plants and commercial users may suffer as inclement weather interrupts delivery of imported liquefied natural gas (LNG) from ships,” said a press release of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company today.
The interruption in uploading of LNG hampers supply of 400 million cubic feet of gas per day (mmcfd) to the Titas transmission system, it said.
Titas Gas authorities regret the inconveniences of its consumers, it added.
