Power Division Secretary Dr Ahmad Kaikaus has been promoted to senior secretary recently.
Public administration ministry issued a gazette notification signed by its deputy secretary Anisur Rahman.
Before joining the power division, he worked at the public administration, posts and telecommunications and several other ministries successfully.
Dr Ahmad Kaikaus is now visiting India to join a two-day secretary level meeting.
