A view-exchange meeting with an aim to increase people's capability to face negative impacts of climate change was held in Kurigram recently.
Environment, Forests and Climate Change Ministry, UNDP and District Administration jointly organized the meeting at the conference room of deputy commissioner (DC).
Additional DC Hafizur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Among others, UNDP National Consultant Dr. Aminul Islam, Dr. Rokeya Khatun, Program Development Specialist Arif M Rahman and Deputy Secretary of Environment, Forests and Climate Change Ministry ASM Ferdous were also present.
The project will be implemented in Kurigram, Rangamati and Chattogram districts in five years.
